Sizes and colours are options of one product, and each physical piece gets its own code — SHE-001, SHE-002 — so you know exactly which one went out and which one came back.

Pick the dates and the products. A piece that is already out is refused, so you only ever promise what you have.

Hand over, take back
Collect the deposit and photograph the condition on the way out. Work out late fees and settle the deposit when it comes home.
